Ayurveda Isiwara Paura was established in 2004 with a clear purpose: to share authentic Sri Lankan Ayurvedic treatments with guests from around the world while protecting the dignity of traditional healing.
Nestled in the ancient landscape of Sigiriya, the sanctuary was shaped as a calm place where herbal oils, natural remedies, and rituals led by therapists could be practised with depth and care.
Every consultation, treatment, herbal preparation, and guided ritual is designed to restore balance without spectacle. The experience is personal, unhurried, and rooted in authentic Ayurveda.
